Thank you for supporting my work! This website is run by a solo creator (me), relying on trusted external service providers to produce and ship your orders.

1. Digital Products (Wallpapers)
- All sales of digital files are final due to their nature.
- Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for digital downloads.
- If you experience any issues downloading or accessing your files, please contact me at sahlan@morphora.art, and I’ll do my best to help.
2. Physical Products (Wall Art, Books)
Since these products are made‑to‑order and fulfilled by external services:
- Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only available if:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The item has a printing error or defect.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
- Upon review, I will work with the relevant service provider to issue a replacement or refund, as per their policies.
3. Additional Notes
- Returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or unsuitable color are not available, as these products are made‑to‑order.
- The service providers I use to produce and ship the products have strict quality controls and policies for reprints or refunds due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage. These policies apply to any replacement or refund request.
- I am committed to making this process as smooth as possible and deeply value your understanding and support for this small, independent business.
