A: After purchase, you’ll be directed to a confirmation page containing the download link(s). Additionally, you’ll receive an email with the download link(s) too.

A: Contact me at sahlan@morphora.art with your order details, and I’ll be happy to resend your link.

Q: Can I use your digital files for commercial or promotional projects?

A: No. All digital files are for personal use only, unless stated otherwise. See our Usage Policy for more information.

Q: Do you offer refunds for digital downloads?

A: All digital sales are final due to the nature of the files, meaning there’s no refunds for this type of products. However, if you have any issues downloading or accessing your files, contact me and I’ll do my best to help.

Q: How are your physical products made and shipped?

A: All wall art is made‑to‑order and shipped by Gelato, while books are printed and shipped by Amazon KDP. These trusted services help ensure quality and timely delivery.

Q: What are Gelato and Amazon KDP?

A: They are trusted platforms that produce and ship my wall art and books. They operate globally, using a network of printing facilities closer to your location to reduce shipping distances and minimize their carbon footprint.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Delivery times vary by service and location. You’ll be shown estimated shipping times at checkout, and you’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or has a printing error?

A: Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and clear photos of the issue. I’ll work with the Print-on-Demand service providers to arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges for physical products?

A: Returns or exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items. We do not accept returns for reasons such as changed mind, incorrect size, or color variations due to the made‑to‑order nature of our products.

Q: Will you share my information?

A: No. I only use your information to process and fulfill your order, send updates (if you subscribe), and operate this site. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
